Welcome to LittleBank, operated by Untitled Repo LLC. By accessing or using LittleBank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. What LittleBank Is

LittleBank is an educational family finance tool. It provides a simulated banking environment where parents can teach children about money management through virtual accounts, allowances, interest, and savings goals.

LittleBank is not a bank, financial institution, or money services business. We do not hold, transfer, or manage real money. No real financial transactions occur through the Service. LittleBank does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

The simulated "interest" and "allowance" features within LittleBank are educational tools only. Any real-world financial decisions you make based on concepts learned through LittleBank are your own responsibility. We recommend consulting a qualified financial or tax professional for questions about real money, including any tax implications of giving children allowances or interest in the real world.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account on LittleBank. Child accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians. By creating a child account, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to their use of the Service under your supervision.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Parents are responsible for the security and appropriate use of any child accounts they create. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Family Size Limits

A single LittleBank subscription covers one family with up to 12 child accounts and 4 caregiver (parent/guardian) accounts. These limits are designed to support typical family use. If you have a larger family and need additional capacity, please contact us at hello@littlebank.io and we'll be happy to work something out.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Use the Service to collect information about other users without their consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Untitled Repo LLC d/b/a LittleBank and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep LittleBank available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untitled Repo LLC d/b/a LittleBank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
